10 Year Wedding Anniversary Photos at Donner Lake

It’s always incredibly flattering when another photographer reaches out and asks you to do photos for them. That’s the case for today’s blog post! Natasha is a photographer herself and when she reached out about doing 10 year anniversary photos I was thrilled. Especially because she also mentioned that they didn’t have a professional photographer there to capture their wedding day.

Natasha and Tony were staying on Donner Lake so we started their session off there. It reminded Natasha of what Russia is like – snowy! And although there was snow on the ground, it ended up being a gorgeous day on the lake. At one point, someone did a “polar plunge” next to us in his birthday suit. That was a sight to see!

They also have been saving a bottle of DOM since their wedding day so they decided to open that to celebrate. They were so sweet…they even brought a glass for myself and my assistant! So much love for these two. Here’s some favorites from their 10 year anniversary session.
