I get the feeling that a good night for Kory and Eric is a night where they are cooking prime rib in their backyard, with a few friends, enjoying a few brewski’s, and a nice sunset. You might think I’m saying that they are homebodies (which like myself may very well be) but they also enjoy a good night out too. As do I. š
It was only fitting, being homebodies and all, that Kory + Eric held their wedding at their house in the country where they enjoyed prime rib, a few brewskis, a nice sunset, socializing, and dancing with all of their closest family and friends.
It was an honor and a privilege coming out to their house to be a part of such a special day. Here are some favorites from Kory + Eric’s wedding day.
Kory + Eric worked hard on their yard in the weeks leading up to the wedding. They landscaped, painted, and laid concrete. It was only fitting they drew in the wet cement.
Kory and Eric opted for a first look. I had Kory come out of their front door so that every time she walks through that front door, she can remember these moments.
The ceremony was held in their front yard…
Followed by those brewskis I was talking about earlier.
Cocktail hour was held near the reception tent in their backyard.
I loved the wooden tables they used…
This wedding was very near and dear to my heart because of all these people. It may look like I’m the 9th wheel (you know instead of the third wheel?) but all of these couples have something in common. They all share the same wedding photographer —>Me. I can’t tell you how much I cherish this photo and how honored and humbled I feel to have documented (from left) Melissa + Allen, now Kory + Eric, and Nicole + Joe. I love you all. <3
