This engagement session is definitely one for the books. I used to be obsessed with trains and the railroad crossings signals. I used to call them “bing bings” because of the sound they made and yes, I still am teased about that to this day. Since Laine works/supplies the railroad crossing signals, he was able to score us a train ride for the engagement session around Sonoma. Yea! I love it when clients have their own ideas for their engagement session. Location is always something that comes up in the planning and this was definitely a cool spot/idea. We didn’t venture too far from base, just far enough to grab some shots by a few vineyards with the locomotive.
This was Laine during the train ride, scouting the area.
After the train ride was finished and the locomotive was tucked away, we headed back to Laine and Brittany’s ranch for the second location.
Laine took the metal from a wine barrel and shaped it into a heart. Cute!
