Corin + Jeremy: Downtown Sacramento Engagement

Living in downtown Sacramento has it’s pro’s and con’s. Some of the pros of living downtown are being centrally located to pretty much everything on “the grid” where you can walk, ride your bike, or have a pretty cheap cab ride. It’s lively, there’s great restaurants really close by, and there’s always a good bar that has happy hour. Some of the cons? It can be loud, I have to walk a blog to take out my trash cans, and I don’t get a front or back yard. But I really don’t mind all of that…except having to walk the trash cans a block.

Corin and Jeremy met here in downtown Sacramento at a bar called Hamburger Patties. It’s a fun local bar that you can go to on a Sunday morning and have a mimosa with brunch or on a Friday or Saturday night and have a good time with good friends..or perhaps make some new ones 🙂 The couple spent a lot of time downtown so when it came time to their engagement session, there was not other spot they had in mind where they wanted to do their photos.

We started out at Capitol Park and then ended our session made at hamburger patties. Only after some good conversation over a couple of beverages and some more photos around the area. Here are a few favorites…
