Photographing a wedding makes me happy. Throughout the duration of my time spent with the bride, groom, and all of their family and friends, there are usually moments that I look back on and say…this is why I love what I do.
During Katie and Travis’ Wedding, I had one of those moments. For the 20 minutes we had for bride and groom photos, we visited various locations around the Citizen Hotel. The spot where I had my “aha” moment is the one you can see in the photo below…behind the glass.

It was almost like playing a game of charades as I directed them through the front windows of the Citizen. Onlookers kindly paused (and watched) then continued on down the sidewalk. That’s when it hit me. “Don’t stop shooting” I told myself as people walked by…this was the result:
