Samantha + Justin: San Francisco Elopement

Whenever I think of someone eloping the first thing that comes to mind is my great grandmother. She snuck out of her house, climbed out of her second story window with a rope, and ran off to elope with her then husband. Yup, that’s my Granny for ya! I wish I had photos of her on that day.

Samantha and her then fiancé Justin were out here visiting Samantha’s family over the holidays when they decided to elope. This isn’t the same kind of elopement that my great grandmother had although I would still classify it as one. It was on a whim and they had 2 days to plan everything. It was going to be a small ceremony with only 8 people so the only thing they had to worry about was getting the right documents, flowers, and a dress…oh and a photographer 🙂
Samantha and Justin had about a 15 minute ceremony followed by a few photos of the newlyweds. Here’s a few highlights from their elopement…
Ashlyn is Samantha’s youngest sibling and she was the flower girl…she ran as fast as she could down that pathway!
It was really special to have Samantha’s dad as one of the handful of people there to experience it…

Happy Wednesday!
