San Francisco City Hall Wedding: Jeniffer + Kent

There is always something that warms my heart about having a small wedding. Don’t get me wrong I love love big weddings, but there’s something about small weddings being more intimate. Most of the time at weddings I don’t get to meet every single person that shows up. If it’s a small wedding of less than 20 people, that’s not the case. I get to meet everyone involved and I really feel like I’m part of the family.

Jeniffer and Kent’s special day was not your typical wedding day celebration. They decided to marry at City Hall in San Francisco with a small group of their closest friends and family surrounding them. Kent is a nice and genuine guy. Jeniffer is such an outgoing, beautiful person… I think we talked for 45 minutes on the phone when we first talked! They make a perfect match and I am incredibly honored that I got to spend the day with them…and feel like part of the family. Gosh, I just love my job.

On the morning of the wedding, we met up at Jeniffer and Kent’s house in Novato to hop on the bus which was en route to San Francisco City Hall.

A Champagne toast was definitely in order…

Once we got to City Hall, Jeniffer and Kent had to fill out some paperwork to make their marriage legal.

A few minutes after everything was submitted and they took an oath, the ceremony was underway!

After the ceremony, we had a few minutes to walk around city hall to grab some photos.

San Francisco’s city hall is amazing.

Woo! They did it!

After everyone was back on the bus, we made our way over the the Beach Chalet for lunch! It’s one of Jeniffer and Kent’s favorite spots.

Obviously, another toast was in order.

 Jeniffer, you’re gorgeous.

One of my fav’s from the day…I told them that this would make an amazing canvas to go on their wall!

After lunch, we went to a few spots around San Francisco to grab some more photos…

Kent even danced with a her a bit šŸ˜‰

A few days later, Jeniffer and Kent held a small reception where there was food, mingling, and dancing for more of their family and friends!

Once last photo…

Jeniffer and Kent I can’t thank you enough for allowing me into your lives! Much love and appreciation to you both. Can’t wait for our shoot up in Shasta! šŸ™‚
