If you live around the Bay Area or Los Angeles (more places I’m sure) and you’re trying to get somewhere on a holiday weekend, chances are there’s going to be a sea of cars on the road and google maps will lie about how long your journey will take. That holiday traffic almost kept Robyn and Daniel from meeting for their first time…For a birthday party over Memorial Day weekend. They each had mutual friends invited to the party and once they met, instantly hit it off. It wasn’t until after they started dating that they told each other they almost didn’t go. It’s been 5 years since that party and I cannot wait to photograph their wedding later this year!

I headed down to San Francisco to join them for their engagement party, I had about a half hour to take them out for photos…here are some of my favorites!
