Tahoe is one of my absolute favorite places on the planet. Maybe it’s the beauty. Maybe it’s the memories of going up there as a kid skiing in the winter and swimming in the lake in the summer. Maybe it’s all of the above. I can see why it’s become such a popular destination for weddings!

When Stephanie from Stephanie Teague Events introduced us I knew this was going to be a wedding to remember. Serin and Justin were planning a winter wedding up in Lake Tahoe at the West Shore Cafe. It’s a beautiful venue right on the lake with gorgeous mountain views.

On the day of their wedding a winter storm was rolling in. The day started dry but the weather changed quickly which forced them move the ceremony indoors. No biggie though, Serin and Justin just wanted to have an amazing celebration with their family and friends. They even braved the weather for some EPIC snow photos! Their willingness to brave the snow made me love them even more.
