Ryan…it’s such a good name. Obviously I’m impartial to it but I think Mary and David would think it’s a pretty good name too. Why? Because that was the name of the guy who introduced these two.
It was in Washington DC where these two first met. Mary was there working as a UCLA student intern as well as Ryan. One weekend David just so happened to be visiting from Georgia when Ryan was throwing that exact party. The two of them met, hit it off, then went about their separate ways. They often thought of each other though, hearing about one another through Ryan or one of their other mutual friends. It wasn’t until Ryan sent out wedding invites to the both of them is when they were going to see each other again. They both had a +1 to take with them to the wedding, but neither one of them did. First thing Mary said to him? “Hey Stranger!”
For their engagement shoot, we chose to head back to where Mary grew up. Her dad owns quite a few acres of land so we thought doing it on his property would be fun. Below are a few favorites from our shoot!
