Horton Grand Hotel Wedding in San Diego’s Gaslamp District

I love living in California. Mainly because of the weather and what it has to offer. Beaches, Snow, Wine country, Big cities, middle of nowhere. I could go on and on. Sacramento is my home now but if I had to live in any other city in California it would be San Diego.

Ame’e is from my hometown of Dixon and she met her now husband, Reyes, in San Diego. Since they both live and work in Gaslamp area, it made sense to say their I Do’s near where they spend most of their time!

Ame’e and Reyes chose to have a wedding on the smaller side, only around 70 guests and it was perfect. The day started off getting ready at the hotel, first look in the hotel, followed by portraits around the area. While guests arrived, we snuck back into the hotel where they held their ceremony at the hotel and danced till the world ended. Or just until the night was over. 🙂

Since we had all of the portraits done prior to the ceremony, Ame’e and Reyes were able to mingle and hug their guests. Mom and Dad even shared a kiss!
