Lake Tahoe Elopement
I love wedding days. There’s so much love, family, and friends surrounding the couple…it’s hard to not be happy. The thing I love most about being a wedding photographer is how unique every wedding is. Yes there are similarities, but the energy, the people, the couples story…THAT is what makes every wedding unique.
What an honor it was to meet these two outdoor lovers. Stephanie and Matt didn’t want a traditional wedding. They decided to elope and say their I Do’s with just the two of them surrounded by mother nature. Oh, and me..quietly in the back snapping away. š
Since the road closed early for winter, our initial 3 mile roundtrip hike turned into 10 miles but was full of love, epic views, photos, and some warm liquids to keep our bellies warm.

Once we reached our destination, we found the perfect spot to exchange their vows.
