Occasionally I enjoy my silence so that I may hear my own thoughts. Other times I like to blast my music to keep my blood pumping. This is a list of the top 5 most-recently-played-on-repeat list. Don’t hate.
How come I haven’t heard of this song until recently?! It’s been on repeat for the past couple of days. Mostly because I want to memorize the lyrics and that’s how I know how to do it. Plus it makes me want to hold the ones I love closely. Aww.
Scream and Shout – Will I am ft. Britney Spears
Those who know me know I kind of have a soft spot for Britney. I mean c’mon the ‘Toxic’ singer been in the music industry for more than 15 years had her ups and downs (hello blackout!) and is still up on the charts!
Ok, I still have yet to see Skyfall the movie. I feel like such a bad James Bond fan. It’s the only one I haven’t seen! Adele already won a Golden Globe for this song and my bet is that she will have an Oscar for this one too.
I think I have more than one copy of this song in my iTunes because it pops up when I’m on shuffle a lot. But I don’t mind, this is just one of many great songs by Skynyrd! I’m glad my roomate works during the day because I love to sing along to oldies like this, Steve Miller Band, Eagles, Foreigner, and REO.
I Knew You Were Trouble – Taylor Swift
I may live to regret that one. Oh well. You all have probably heard this one. Several times. I was never a Taylor Swift fan and my cousin Sara will probably be happy because I actually like this song. I tweeted about it awhile ago and although I haven’t listened to it in awhile because of how much radio play it’s been getting, I like it.
